I don’t know what I would do without Jeanne. I had websites that had major security issues. They had coding errors and inconsistencies. I needed help—someone with more technical experience than most virtual assistants, but more cost-effective than most web designers.
Jeanne was recommended to me by a colleague, who insisted Jeanne was the best thing since sliced bread. My colleague told me that Jeanne was incredibly responsive, responsible, knowledgeable, reliable, creative, and smart. She told me Jeanne had a good eye for design, could work independently, and was able to near-magically produce wonderful results from only vague instructions. Just as important, my colleague insisted Jeanne was affordable even for soloprenuers and small organizations.
I was skeptical.

Well, I’ve now worked with Jeanne for a while. And my colleague was right in everything she’d said.
Jeanne has made smart, cost-effective recommendations. She corrected the security problems and the coding problems, and has made long-term suggestions to prevent reoccurrence. She set up an affiliate program for me—designing, writing, and/or editing everything including emails, autoresponders, and graphics. She did this with little input or instruction from me (by that time, I’d worked with her enough to just say, “Go for it, Jeanne!”). And much, much more. When I ask her to do something, I don’t have to run around checking to see if she did it or if she did it correctly; I know she did.
Jeanne has become my IT help center, webmaster, web designer, and copy editor—reducing my stress a hundredfold and freeing me to focus on helping my own clients.
